AFFORDABLE AT THE MOMENT.

MONTENEGRO. The best parts of Eastern Europe, minus the Soviet eyesores.

ICELAND. Although still expensive, the economic melt-down has put this one on par with the rest of Western Europe if you don't take the price of alcohol into consideration.

EGYPT. Flights and pretty much everything else are at an all-time low.
